Service Description

This fast-paced, 45-minute beginner tumbling class is specifically designed to build the foundational strength and body awareness necessary for cheerleading. The session kicks off with a high-energy dynamic warm-up that prioritizes wrist mobility and shoulder flexibility, quickly transitioning into bridge work to establish the "bridge-up" strength required for more advanced skills. Athletes will spend the bulk of the class rotating through drills focused on the mechanics of cartwheels and roundoffs, emphasizing sharp lunges, straight legs, and the "snap-down" power needed for cheer transitions. The final portion of the class targets the progression toward front and back walkovers, utilizing incline mats and spotting to help students master the control and flexibility needed to move through a bridge with ease. Because the class is concise, every minute is packed with active repetitions and core conditioning, ensuring that beginners stay moving while developing the "hollow body" tightness essential for safe and impressive tumbling.
