Service Description

Get ready to bring the heat this summer! Whether your athlete is looking to make the squad or just wants to learn the basics of the sport, our Summer Spirit Intensive is the perfect place to build confidence, skill, and lifelong friendships. Over four high-energy days, we’ll dive into everything that makes cheerleading the ultimate team sport. ## Camp Details Duration: 4 Days Time: 8am-12 PM Who: Open to all skill levels Ages 5-16 ## What to Expect We’ve packed our daily sessions with a mix of technical training and pure spirit. Here’s a look at what we’ll be covering: Cheers & Chants: Master the art of crowd leading with sharp motions and high-volume projection. Jump Technique: From toe-touches to pikes, we focus on the flexibility and power needed for explosive jumps. Beginner Stunting: Safety first! Athletes will learn the fundamentals of basing, flying, and spotting in a supportive environment. Spirit & Showmanship: It’s all about the "facials" and energy that keep the crowd on their feet. Fitness & Conditioning: Fun, cheer-specific workouts to build the strength and endurance required for a full routine. Team Bonding: Daily games and "sister" activities designed to turn a group of individuals into a unified team. ## Why Join Us? Our camp isn't just about the "pom-poms"—it’s about building character.
